If you are coming from another city or from abroad, we can take care of accommodation and transport. An apartment is waiting for you at the same address as the practice.
Travelling in does not have to be complicated
A good number of the patients who come to us do not live in Banja Luka. Some travel from other cities in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region, some from countries where dental care costs several times more. Treatment usually takes a few days, sometimes longer, and two practical questions follow it around: where you will sleep and how you will get around town.
We took that part into our own hands. Once we agree on the treatment plan and the dates, we prepare your accommodation as well, in the same building as the practice. No searching for hotels, no drive across town before a morning appointment and no worrying about finding the right address in a place you do not know.
An apartment at the same address
The apartment is comfortable and furnished as a luxury stay rather than a hotel room. It is spacious, quiet and finished down to the details, so you can both work and rest in it.
After a longer procedure that closeness matters most. You need no taxi and no arrangements, only a few steps to the apartment. If something comes up, advice, a check-up or an ordinary question, we are here through the working day.
The number of nights follows the treatment plan. So tell us when you book how many days you can stay, and we will arrange the appointments so that you have time for yourself as well.
Transfer from the airport and around town
If you are flying in, send us your flight number and landing time. The driver meets you at the exit and takes you straight to the apartment, with no hunting for a taxi and no explaining where you need to go. We arrange the return the same way.
We organise transport whenever it is needed, so tell us in good time how you are travelling. If you need a ride into the town centre or to a pharmacy during your stay, let us know a day ahead.
How we arrange your visit
It is most practical to contact us before you buy your ticket. Send us an X-ray if you have one, a few photographs of your teeth and a short description of what is bothering you. From that we estimate the number of appointments and the number of days to set aside.
Once the dates are confirmed we reserve the apartment and arrange the transport, and you receive a day-by-day schedule. That way you know in advance when you are at the practice and when you are free.
If something changes, a flight, your plans or the course of treatment, get in touch and we will rearrange the appointments. We are used to it.
